found a kid begging with a baby

hi r/delhi, i was just touring around chandni chowd, and found this kid holding a baby in the middle of streets, and begging.. thought of posting it here, so right people might view and provide necessary help.. im leaving delhi today, might not able to do much.. but if you know an ngo or something lemme know i will be able to donate some money.. thanks guys. ps: the kid is the person lying in the center..
