Delhi is full of such creeps.....

Hey delhi people, i am really fucked up this time as this creta/venue driver playing music with such huge volume on road from past 1 hour. I know that we sometimes alneed to adjust bt now this is getting out of control. Me, my parents and brothers can't sleep bcz of this creep who don't think their are people too in the society. Me and my mother are not deep sleeper so if there is any minor sound we just woke up. I have my ofc today and I can't sleep. Around 6.15 am i recorded this video to show how some creeps don't care about anybody around them. Money can buy happiness but can't buy ethics and civic sense...
