Am I screwed? Mid life crisis.

So. Guys. I'm 31 year old. Married. In a group B government job. I graduated from a tier - 1 engineering college. I've no coding skills and my engineering knowledge has also gone in dustbin. Now, I feel extremely, dissatisfied with my job. Though the work environment is great and lively. But, I'm ambitious to earn more money and status. I've tried lots of government exams like upsc. But, I'm just tired of them. I want to learn something new. Some people suggest me for Artificial Intelligence or Finance thing and I'm bit interested in them also. But, I feel like, I've not started early in them, so I'm screwed. Am I? Can you guys please suggest me some skills which can I learn and develop, I really want to grow in life. I'm ready to work hard after my office hours, but I'm not able to find something good for my life. Please suggest me something.
