Band Baaja Baraat- A movie that captures the essence of late 2000s Delhi.

The metro, DTC buses, traffic, the aesthetic, the campus vibes, the fashion (kurta and crushed dupatta, those tank tops, the punk haircuts for boys), India gate ice cream dates, and most importantly the people. This film is the one (after Delhi 6) that captures the true spirit of Delhi and it's weddings - all the dhol, taasha, glitz and dhamaka. Makes me nostalgic about the late 2000s - the years I have my first and fondest memories with. What are your memories of the late 2000s in Delhi?
