While this might sound very petty to some of u but i have meticulously noticed this... After AAP announced 2100 monthly for ladies, the very next day there were stalls in my colony (central government quaters in south west Delhi), for the registration of same. On my parents insistence I went and got myself and mother registered. There were some news articles, that this is a malpractice because no registration can be carried out for a scheme which is still not active.. Now cut short to this day, on the registered no.
