Op got Laid Off and now found Peace

I got laid off a week ago, so I decided to take a break and visit my friend's beautiful homestay. After years of corporate grind, I was feeling drained. Around 80 of us were let go due to an upcoming acquisition at the company. Cyberhub always seemed so amazing—until you actually work there. Everyone used to call Cyber City the “dream workplace,” but I’m not so sure anymore! 😂 Now, being in Mukteshwar feels like a breath of fresh air—literally. The AQI here is under 40, and there’s no Christmas chaos or traffic like other hill stations. Away from the traffic, pollution, and hustle of Gtown, I feel so much more at peace. This trip is helping me recharge, and soon, I’ll be ready to jump back into the job hunt. PS: For those interested to know where l’m staying at “Ecoescape Mukteshwar”.
