Incompetent Delhi Jal board and Govt

The street in front of my house in Delhi has turned into a disaster zone due to the negligence of @DelhiJalBoard. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no response, no action, and no accountability. Their incompetence is causing immense hardship to the residents, who are forced to navigate through this mess daily. What can be done here? Can we report this issue to consumer court?
