Horrible experience at Out of the Box, Khan Market

Recently visited Out of the Box in Khan Market, and it turned out to be a horrible experience. To my shock, I found a cockroach in my food. The incident raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness in these places. I dont even want to imagine what kind of things might be happening behind those kitchen walls.
