Got Scammed By these people

I own a hotel in Ayodhya. We have pretty good reputation here as we have all the basic amenities like parking hygiene unlike others who park vehicles on the side of road, give spoilt sheets and everything on demand is available. We even arranged a doctor's visit for a guest who was not doing well. So yesterday i.e. I got a online booking from booking.com for a 3 rooms with name of Bhagisha Pant, called them to confirm and other details..when asked for a advance payment these guys didn't pay and asked we will pay on property so..i didn't take it seriously and went on with my life..i got a call from the guest that they will be need dinner as it will get late at night to reach the property. When Asked for payment these people said they will pay on property( this happens usually so no problem) when asked for order they gave me a jumbo order worth 4k and that too in middle of the night..only god knows how arranged that..since Ayodhya is a small city shops and restaurants close after 10:30pm but as i said earlier we arrange everything somehow..for our guests. These guests arrived at the property at 12 in night got settled into the we served them the dinner and i waited for them to eat because i don't want to do paisa paisa right when someone is eating..when these people finished their food and i sent one of employees to give them toiletries and towels ask them to do payment guess what they said " Humne Aadhar Card, address aur mobile number de diya hai raat bhar mein kahi bhaag thode jayenge" so i made peace with it and didn't think twice about it..though this thought crossed my mind that what if these people people ditch me and leave..but i took my chances and went home to sleep..after that these people in the very morning left the property in hurry and left 2200 rupees to my employee and said every other thing is settled..he asked them to wait so he can call me and confirm..but they didn't wait..left like they saw a ghost. Now i am heartbroken not because i lost money but because of trust broken on people. If you can suggest what i can do. I am planning to call them this after noon and night to clear their dues after that i will Sharing the aadhar card of guests taki inke janne wale dekhe toh jaane ki kaise log hai Also i will be Lodging a formal FIR with their name.
