Beware of bumble scams.

It’s the fourth time in the last two months that I’ve matched with girls from Delhi on Bumble, and they all seem to follow the same pattern. They start off chatting nicely, then suggest meeting up ASAP, but only in Delhi usually at some cafe or restaurant. The last one even suggested I stay in a hotel overnight, saying she’d be there with me. It felt really suspicious, so I asked them to verify over a video call or meet me in Gurgaon instead. Every single one refused, giving random excuses and insisting I come to Delhi. Honestly, it seems like an easy trap for someone who isn’t cautious. When I looked up the places they mentioned, I found articles about how some girls lure guys into cafes, order expensive food, and then leave, sticking the guys with massive bills. I don’t get it are they just after free food, or are they working on commission for these places? Either way, it’s shady.
