Scam Alert : Scam in the name of membership

A year ago I took this membership of Le Amritam Hotel Dehradun. Since then this hotel is not vacant. Multiple times I have been asking them to book a room for a stay but the staff keeps on making excuses that the hotel is already booked and there are no rooms. Up until today I never dug into what they were upto but today I went and checked in the websites that there were still rooms vacant for guests . But Mr.Ajay at the reception told me that all the rooms were booked due to some guests wedding . Which I am thinking is not the case. So, I would suggest you all to not fall for this scam.
