Nothing feels good

Im 21M living in dehradun, currently doing my physiotherapy internship in a hospital and i am just tired of my life i dont have friends, i dont know how to talk to people but still my day goes and starts again, everyday feels same, i dont even know how to explain i feel wired, i dont know if i need help or something.
