Looking for a 2/3bhk in Dehradun

Hey, all I am looking for a 2/3bhk flat or an independent house. Will be moving in with my friends/ co founders. We are working professionals looking for a peaceful neighbourhood as both of us have remote jobs.( We are locals - from Tehri and Chamoli) Locations preferred : 1. Around Doon University Area/Kedarpuram 2. EC Road 3. Any other place ( prefer peaceful neighbourhoods with good forest and open areas) - I don't exactly know but some places like Bhagwant pur, Johri , Purukul and similar should also work.
