Is it worth it

I got a message from UPES regarding their undergraduate admissions which have started today. They are offering limited scholarships for students who score well in JEE, CUET or boards. So is it worth to take admission for btech In Comp sci, I am considering this college because I live in Dehradun and there will be no worries of accommodation or travel. Like is it worth the fees which 15 Lakhs for whole course after scholarship.
