How is the Pacific golf course for apartment rent ??

Hi Dehradun people, I’m planning to move to Dehradun from Rishikesh and I find some apartment options in Pacific golf course but I don’t know about doon that much so just looking for some suggestions. Is the society and locality good for living ??
