I am coming to Dehradun to attend my friend’s wedding in February. Is there any must try food/ restaurant? I saw panchachuli scarfs on internet. Any legit stores? How is the weather. Do I need to wear sweater on my saree? I’m dusky toned. Are there any recommendations of makeup salons? I’m excited. So all kinds of recommendations are welcome(even those I didn’t mention). Thank you
