Looking for a PG/Room in Dehradun (Karanpur, Clock Tower, ISBT Area) – Urgent

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a PG or a room in Dehradun near Karanpur, Clock Tower, or ISBT area as I need to shift by 10th February. Right now I'm staying at Canal Road (Near Pacific Mall) PG: Should be hygienic amd well furnished. Budget: ₹5-6k (without meals), ₹9k (with meals) Room: Unfurnished: Up to ₹3-4k With Basic Furnishing (Bed, Fan, RO, Fridge): Up to ₹6k If anyone has leads, please help me out. Thanks in advance!
