USDT in Europe after MiCA rules

On the 30th MiCA rules start to apply for European users. I have some questions about this : - What exchanges have confirmed to remove USDT for European users? - What options do European users have if USDT is no longer an option? - What is the best/most safe stable coin to use instead of USDT? - Can you still use USDT on DEX after the 30th?
