Getting coins off of KuCoin

I have some KuCoin (KCS) on the KuCoin app and I am unsure how to get them off due to being in the US. I’ve definitely waited until the last minute but I didn’t know until recently. Pretty much they require verification to trade but being in the US I am unable to verify my identity. I’m sure others have had to go through this exact process so if you know the solution of how to get my KCS either transferred to a new wallet or into Fiat from KuCoin please let me know! I would appreciate it GREATLY as as I won’t have to lose money :) Thank you and have a fantastic day I have moved my CAKE into another wallet but can’t figure out where I can send KCS
