if South Africa was banned from Cricket, Pakistani should be banned too for its state sponsored terrorism

if South Africa was banned from Cricket due to Apartheid (social political reasons), Pakistan should be banned too for its state sponsored terrorism. 

The money that Pakistan gets from Cricket, get funnelled to islamic Terrorist all over the world including in Kashmir. PCB is managed by pakistani army so the money from cricket is also going to them. 

Pakistani crickets openly supports islamic terrorists and have terrorists relatives who got killed by Indian army.

One of the pakistani cricketer's children are married to most wanted Indian islamic terrorist Dawood ibrahim. 

Why is not India and BCCI pressurising ICC to ban pakistan from cricket?
