Sore throat for past 2 week not going away !

I’ve had a really bad cough for the past two weeks, and it’s not getting any better. I swear everywhere I go – work, stores, even on the street – I hear people coughing. Is something going around in Coimbatore? If you’ve been dealing with this, how long did it take to clear up? Any remedies that actually worked for you? Starting to feel like it’s never-ending
