Any inputs on Sreedaksha properties

Hi Coimbatore, I am new to this town and planning to buy my own apartment, I found this builder Sreedaksha to have some good quality properties. But they seem pricier than market rates. Any inputs on these builders and buying their apartments? Also any advice on property buying for someone who is totally new to Coimbatore?
