Any information on ViSolve Inc in Ramanathapuram?

Sorry if this is doesn't align with the sub's theme. I am in the process of joining this company for work and was happy with it. But now I just saw the reviews on Glassdoor and its horrible, everyone is talking how the toxic work culture, poor salary and no potential for growth. Apparently they also give 3 year bond and don't give back documents and threaten to go to court if you don't pay money. I'm kinda confused as I don't want to get stuck in here. If you have worked here or have any experience related to this. Please reply. Thank you
