A good physiotherapy center for my dad (suffered stroke)

Hey people, so my dad due to high BP suffered a stroke and was discharged around 20 days ago, though the conditions are much better now, he still faces difficulties in hand movements. Can someone suggest a good physiotherapy center here in CBE that would help him in thia process ? The therapists that visit home i realised they are not that efficient compared to what we saw in the hospital(GKNMH). also, if someone has had this experience with their family members please feel free to drop a few points that could help us get him recovered fast and well.
