PVR Adding Extras to Food Bill without Knowledge

Miss those days when SPI used to handle the screens at Brookefields. Recently, went for Moana 2 last weekend and kids being kids, their first demand was Popcorn. Since, they only provide e-bills and people hardly check those bills, I have noticed them adding small add-ons without consent. In my case, it was butter and the lady at the counter did that thrice. When I did get my popcorn, she did not add any butter on it and when I mentioned the same, she made weird faces as if I have asked for her own property. So guys, make sure to check what is added onto your bill even if the queue is huge or even if you are missing the movie. For us, it could be a small amount of 10-20 rs but these are nothing short of a scam when it all accumulates.
