Need help saving a sick cat in Udumalpet

I'm from Udumalpet and found this cat begging for food at a restaurant. I brought him home in a sack, but unfortunately, the pet clinics here are terrible. My parents don't want the cat to stay because they're worried it might infect our other cat (which, to be fair, is a valid concern). On top of that, this poor guy is sick and has been shitting all over the house, so they're fed up and keep kicking him out whenever he tries to come in. Is anyone willing to save this cat? I can't keep him because of my parents. Are there any NGOs that can help pick him up? If anyone is willing to take him in, a kind redditor has offered to cover the transportation and vet bills entirely. Please check my recent posts for more details about the cat.
