Decline in birth rate (population) in Kongu districts | East Asia level | 1.2 TFR | Economy collapse
In last 5 years, as per Department of Health and Family Welfare, Tamil Nadu census, In Coimbatore, Erode, Tiruppur, Karur, Namakkal, etc districts, dealth rate exceeds birth rate which indicates population ageing. The population is increasing because of immigration from other districts and states. But it is net negative population. Even Kerala didn't fare this bad. Kongu region is one of the oldest population region in India. TFR hits less than 1 in Kongu. 1.4 in TN. 1.5 in KL. India avg 1.9. More no-marriage, 1 child family since 1980s and 2 child since 1960s is the reason. No region in India had that. Also TFR greatly vary with community/tribes. More land owning & financially well off tribes have worst TFR. What will be effect of less TFR other than population decline & less participation/influence in politics. * More old people, Less working people. More consumers Less tax payers. Worst hit of economy. We are not Japan or Korea to survive * Per capita income will rise. * Real estate won't spike more Industry to grow:- * health & medical Industry to hit * All consumer products * Retail * School college enrollment If you are looking for career guidance: Study medicine & health sciences. Tremendous opportunities. Don't go with education related. Non-STEM isn't lucrative except Business & Law. Armed forces is great choice Invest in health care company stock. Real estate isn't lucrative anymore. **IMPORTANT**: Safety. As all Kongu village population declines and hardly 1-2 family exists in many hamlets. **Safety** is great concern. People from various districts & states are present and **theft, robbery & murder are in increase in Kongu.** Don't build house in தோட்டம்!!3
