After a lots of research, we finally concluded that buying an apartment in Coimbatore was a sheer waste of time and money. The real estate is inflated so much, middle class can’t afford anything apart from dreams. We are buying a 8 year old house, a 5 cent house with a good garden for 1.1C. Share your thoughts.
