Magnus Carlsen vs. Vantika Agrawal - Where actually did FIDE's went unjust?

Controversy in Uzbekistan about Vantika Agrawal’s draw turned to loss because of the arbiter’s fault and bizarre FIDE rule, but no one raised the concern or spoke about it in r/chess or any other forum. Whereas, Magnus Carles broke the already predefined pity rule of FIDE and everyone wants to go gaga about it. Why such discriminatory behavior? FIDE did not mistreat him by singling him out. The rule is the same for everyone. He should treat the fraternity with respect and not look down on them. He’s not above anyone—just as others follow the rules, he must follow them too. If he wants to be the face of Chess, he should show humility and respect for the rules. Of course, he can always raise issues, advocate for change, and share his message, but it should be done in the most polite and respectful way possible.
