Would a capsule hostel work in Chennai?

Hey folks, I’m thinking about starting a premium capsule/pod hostel in Chennai and wanted to hear what you all think. The idea is pretty simple: 1. Fully air-conditioned, premium pods arranged side by side. 2. Common bathrooms and changing areas. 3. Secure lockers outside the pods for storing stuff. 4. Meant for budget travelers, solo tourists, and workers from MNCs who need a comfy stay. Do you think there’s a demand for this in Chennai? Would you prefer this over a dormitory? Any thoughts or suggestions would be super helpful?
