Which HR career path pays more?

Its very simple, Im relatively new to HR just had my Msw in HRM, and working as a TA specialist in a IT company. Not sure how to path my life from here and grow, don't really enjoy Talent acquisition very much, thinking to study workday Hcm or get into HRBP very confused on where to go and lead my career. Please help..
