Where to find affordable psychiatric consultation for ADHD?

Basically what the title says. I am trying to get ADHD diagnosis as a 31F. Has anyone have experience being diagnosed for adhd as an adult in Chennai and how did it go? Did they prescribe medication or only therapy? Basically I’m looking for recommendations to begin my diagnosis process and am kinda anxious how stressful this is gonna be and keep procrastinating. If there is a different subreddit where this topic might be more suitable, let me know.
