Star Vijay Live TV

Yeah Jack sparrow post but anyone know any thing that can give live relay of Star Vijay via internet. I just need that one channel and getting a cable just for one channel seems unnecessary. Hotstar doesn't have Vijay TV live, I went through a thousand IPTV m3u playlists and found everything except Vijay TV. If anyone knows a way to stream Vijay TV live pls let me know PS: if anyone here has ACT fibernet, please tell me if the entertainment plan contains Vijay TV live. They are claiming Vijay TV is included but when I checked the details they're saying it's through the Hotstar subscription included in the plan, which doesn't have Vijay TV live.
