St joseph Engineering college Chennai 44LPA CTC for freshers !!!!!!

Hi makkalee, recently i came accross St joseph engineering college in OMR and i saw a banner about there students with their pics getting placed in a top product based company with a CTC of 44 LPA. Is it real ? for freshers this much package how is it possible.... My brother wants to join there any comments on this.... Thank you
