Psychiatric help

Hello everyone, Having been diagnosed with Schizophrenia (paranoid) and multiple OCDs, I was admitted thrice last year, in 3 different psychiatric hospitals. Unfortunately, the progress so far isn't satisfactory. Would be happy to know the best psychiatric hospital (with ward facilities). Thanks in advance.
