Progressive Muscle Relaxation therapy leads?

My friend’s family member is in a comatose state and doctors have recommended PMR therapy to enable recovery. Vellore CMC has the top PMR therapy care, but it might take a long time even before she can get an admit as it’s very sought after. Has anyone have experience of taking up this therapy elsewhere? I’m looking for any leads.
