Phoenix Mall: car parking

Hello peeps 👋 I have a movie show in Phoenix Mall at 9:20 am tomorrow and I'm not sure if the car parking is open at around 9 am. The mall seems to open after 9:30. Can someone help me out with the timings for Phoenix Mall car parking? Thanks!
