Parking charges in Marina

What are the car parking charges in Marina. I was asked 60 for full day. Is it official or scam. Update. Questioned her why 60 when all other parking space collect 20 per hour. I paid 20 rs. There are no sign boards or anything except she was wearing TEXMO branded reflector suit. A friend of mine told, he never pays and they won't protest.
