Need help with purchasing laptop battery

Can anyone help me to purchase battery for my laptop. I got no clue on where to purchase a new battery for my laptop in Chennai. I looked for options at amazon and flipkart but it is either unavailable at the moment or have low ratings, nethier could I trust other websites which is not familiar. The batterys were priced over the range of 2k - 3k online. Can anyone sugest any shops or location in Chennai where I could purchase battery that would be best?
