Need help planning a proposal to my partner

Hello good people of Chennai, I need you help to plan a proposal for my partner. I was thinking of doing the proposal near the shore temple in Mahabalipuram. Is that possible? Else please recommend spots for proposal. I am okay travelling slightly out of the city if needed. Also, I would want a picture/video of the same. Do you think it is a good idea to hire an event planner for this?
