Mobile users in Theatres- How to stop them

Today when we are group watching an movie- an guy opposite was constantly using his mobile every 2 minutes and also speaking to his friend for every 5 minutes- he didn’t had any interest to watch movie- just came for his friend sake I believe- how we need to take or treat this people’s - if they aren’t interested they can sit in their house itself- y to bother the public???
