Is CSE from SVCE worth it?

I recently thought to get admission into SVCE CSE(B.E), but I want to know more about the college as the admission fees are quite high and if it is worth it. Like, 1) are laptops and other gadgets allowed? Is wifi widely available? 2) are we allowed to explore other projects in free time in campus? 3) which is better CSE(b.e), IT(b.tech), or AI(b.tech) 4) How are the labs? Do the students get many practical experiences? 5) is the life in campus restrictive or liberal?
