How to build a good personality

I am going to complete my college, and joined as intern, but still I have no dressing sense, hair style (keep my hair bushy like fringes on neck which will change differently according to wind), to communicate fluently without stutter, i keep forgetting things, get distracted easily, and any good relationship. Even with my office friends, i couldn't connect with them properly. So for a fellow like me, pls give some advice makkale.
