How to prep for this weekend's hot air balloon show?

As the title says what are some tips for this weekend that'll help...? I haven't gone to anything like this before. I read how chaotic it was when the last air force was conducted but how some people were prepped for it and were able to have a relatively good time. So is there anything I can do like be on time so and so hours before, sunscreen ofcourse and etc?? Anything helps, thanks
