Help with finding dermatologist

Hi all, need help in finding a dermatologist who can prescribe oral minoxidil ( and spironolactone)for women, most doctors here hesitate to give even the 5% topical minoxidil. For someone who has been using topical minoxidil 5% with heavy shedding for 3 months, i already lost half of my hair due to this, and I need something that actually works. Hairloss is concerning🫤.
