Facing major electrical issues at home

Hello chennai, we are constantly facing electrical related issues at our 3 year old building. G(single bedroom + 2 floor) Individual house with home lift and other regular appliances are there. Since day 1 elevator is having issues, upon checked with the vendor, they confirmed it's 3 phase issue. Agreed and compromised the living. Recently after this rain, one it's door stoped opening after few runs, we waited for them to come and fix but no permanent solution. Then one day we heard a huge noise and wire burnt smell, few of the parts in the lift controller is burnt and some of the lights started flickering. Called the lift company, they asked to check with EB, EB person came and told us that somewhere some wire might be short circuit check with your electrcian. Called our newly found electrician they checked and found one neutral wire burnt and replaced it. also, they made some changes in the main board as well. Then the tripping and lights flickering stopped,informed lift people to come and check, after 2 months they finally came and repaired the damage.lift started working(8k repair charge). Suddenly again yesterday same issue the same neutral wire burnt, lift controller mcb tripped still some parts burnt again also now light, fan nothing is turning on (even the ones on inverter) in ground floor and 2nd floor. Called in EB, they checked and found one wire in the main pillar is burnt and told it's because of heavy load from our house. Changed it and got power back also they removed that problematic neutral wire and connected directly for that one phase. Now again since midnight all the lights and fans are not working but AC is working. I have no idea whats happening. Need a full inspection of the wiring and provide a permanent solution. Can someone suggest any licensed electricians or company that provides this service. Thanks in advance.
