Electric bill rant

As the title states I got the new electricity bill generated and the bill value matches the previous bill and for a 2bhk the bill amount is 9k which is too high. The AC was not used nor do we have any other electronics that uses a lot of electricity. Have anyone else faced the same issue and how did you have it resolved
