DTDC - Worthless courier in Chennai

DTDC continues to amaze me in my 15 years of existence in Chennai city. Had experienced items going missing inside package, very delayed deliveries but I was in a rude shock today. Wife's friend who is a home baker and good soul couriered us some items through DTDC as both of our families didn't had the time to personally pick/deliver due to tight work schedules. The tracking showed us this and yes indeed the package is now in Bengaluru which the folks at DTDC customer care, nor the booking knows how it ended up there.
