    Double Standards Bus Conductor

Today, after returning home from an interview, I traveled by public transport. I boarded a bus that was less crowded. I didn’t have the exact change in rupees; I only had a 100-rupee note. The conductor was politely accepting 200, 500, and 100-rupee notes from women. However, when I gave him my 100-rupee note, he started behaving like an asshole, complaining and saying things like, "Why don’t you have change?" and so on. Then, he handed me a torn 10-rupee note as change. I told him it was torn and asked him to replace it. He rudely said, "If you give 100, 200, or 500 rupees, I don’t have change." I was getting extremely angry at this point and asked him if I could pay via UPI. He replied that it wasn’t working at the moment it had worked in the morning but wasn’t working now
