Delivery issue from Delhivery team - Chennai

Are you people, facing issue with Delhivery team guys. Each time they ask the same address for delivery and are very rude to the customers. Not all, but sum are very rude. Its happen for me in both location in Office and Home. also my colleagues also face the same issues. - How to solve this...
